Russell Hunt is president of BÖWE BELL + HOWELL Scanners.

Hunt has served BÖWE BELL + HOWELL's scanner division for more than a decade, most recently as general manager, and prior to that, as vice president of sales and marketing worldwide. As general manager, he was responsible for strategic planning, P&L division objectives, asset management, marketing directives, budgets, sales strategies and channel contracts.

Hunt has more than 27 years of sales and marketing-management experience in the high-tech industry. Before joining BÖWE BELL + HOWELL in 1992, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Unisys Corp. in a variety of sales, management and product development roles.

Hunt received a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and a master's degree in business administration from Arizona State University.

Michael Scheller serves as vice president of engineering and operations for BÖWE BELL + HOWELL Scanners. He oversees strategic initiatives in engineering, supply chain management, manufacturing and product development for the company's full line of document scanners. Focused on driving business growth, Scheller also directs the company's technical support teams, and manages vendor relationships worldwide.

Scheller has seventeen years of engineering and management experience, including eight years in the information technology industry. Before joining BÖWE BELL + HOWELL, Scheller led engineering design initiatives for companies including General Electric Aircraft Engines and Tetra Pak.

Scheller earned a bachelor's degree in aerospace and aeronautical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Roland Simonis is vice president of technology and business development for BÖWE BELL + HOWELL Scanners. He is responsible for new product development, scanner project portfolios, product roadmaps and new business development.

Simonis has nearly 30 years of experience in scanner engineering. Before joining BÖWE BELL + HOWELL, he specialized in integrating electronic document capture in large document management systems for Image Peripherals. BÖWE BELL + HOWELL acquired Image Peripherals’ scanner division in 1986, and Simonis has been with BÖWE BELL + HOWELL since that time.

Simonis earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics automation from HEMES in Liége, Belgium.

Jackie Horn serves as director of worldwide marketing for BÖWE BELL + HOWELL Scanners. She is responsible for the global marketing strategy for the company's full line of document scanners, including product management, marketing communications and relationships with service partners and independent software vendors.

Horn has ten years of marketing experience, including five years in the high-tech industry. Before joining BÖWE BELL + HOWELL, she was a marketing manager at 3Com, focusing on data and voice networking equipment.

Horn earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a master's of business administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington.

Sophia Marchi is the director of sales for the Americas for BÖWE BELL + HOWELL Scanners. She oversees sales in the U.S. and Canada and heads all sales activities in Latin America and the Caribbean. She also manages BBH’s strategic partnership with FedEx.

Marchi oversees BÖWE BELL + HOWELL’s Big Picture Partner Program. For more than 15 years, she has been an integral part of the BÖWE BELL + HOWELL organization. Sales territories have experienced growth year-after-year under her leadership.

Mark Neff is director of international sales for BÖWE BELL + HOWELL Scanners. He is responsible for overseeing the sales teams for Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Neff also manages the channel sales team for the domestic and international markets.

Before joining BÖWE BELL + HOWELL, Neff was a business area manager at Vredenburg, a professional technical services and information technology company.

Neff holds a bachelor's degree in finance and marketing as well as an MBA from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD.
