The Spectrum and Spectrum XF Back-Page Imprinter Upgrade allows you the added ability to print a user-defined text "string" upon the back side of your documents on a "post-scan" basis - that is, after they are scanned - which is also known as "endorsing." This allows you to imprint all physical copies of your documents while retaining an image without the imprinted string. These strings can be used to preserve information about when the document was scanned, who scanned it, or any other information that will be useful to reference the actual document.
How To Buy
Upgrades can be ordered from a Böwe Bell & Howell Authorized Service Providers (ASP) or directly from Böwe Bell & Howell by giving us a call. Each upgrade requires a service technician to install, which is a service that ASPs provide. If you order directly from Böwe Bell & Howell and not from an ASP, please make sure you schedule a visit from your service technician.
