The Spectrum and Spectrum XF Front-Page Imprinter Upgrade allows you the added ability to print a user-defined text "string" upon the front side of your documents. Also known as "endorsing", the imprinting takes place on a "pre-scan" basis which means that all of your document images will contain the imprinted string as will the physical copies. These strings can be used to preserve information about when the document was scanned, who scanned it, or any other information that will be useful to reference both on the actual document and stored image.

Upgrades can be ordered from a Böwe Bell & Howell Authorized Service Providers (ASP) or directly from Böwe Bell & Howell by giving us a call. Each upgrade requires a service technician to install, which is a service that ASPs provide. If you order directly from Böwe Bell & Howell and not from an ASP, please make sure you schedule a visit from your service technician.
