All Copiscan® 8000 Spectrum models ship with the following software:

Kofax VirtualReScan (VRS)

  • VRS 3.5 – primarily the software interface for all hardware VRS functionality embedded in the scanner
  • The combination of Spectrum hardware VRS and the software interface is the single most effective way at reducing labor costs in your scanning application

Drivers

  • ImageControls – developed and certified by Kofax
  • ISIS – developed and certified by Pixel Translations
  • TWAIN

All of the above drivers work with the standard SCSI interface featured on all Spectrum models.
