What are the system requirements for VRS?

The following are the system requirements for the current version of VRS 1.05:

• Pentium III class PC with a 500 MHz processor, or greater [VRS 1.04 needs 400 MHz]
• Pentium III class PC with 600 MHz or greater for grayscale scanning [VRS 1.04 needs 500 MHz]
• 128 MB RAM [VRS 1.04 needs 64MB]
• 256 MB RAM for grayscale scanning [VRS 1.04 needs 128MB]
• Windows 95, 98, Millennium Edition (ME), 2000 or Windows NT 4.0
• Hard drive with at least 250 MB free disk space
• Monitor resolution: 800 x 600 minimum; 1024 x 768 recommended
• Adrenaline 1700 Hardware Accelerator (sold separately)
• Note: VRS 1.05 has been tested with various systems including 200 MHz systems and did not experience any issues. Performance is improved proportionally with the increase in PC processor speed.
