The Endorser is difficult to read. What do I do?
I'm trying to use the endorser feature of the Copiscan II (for models 3338, 3338A and the discontinued 6338) but the endorsement string is sometimes hard to read, especially when trying to differentiate the number zero from the number eight. Can I change the font or the font size?
The Copiscan II endorser is a standard 12-pin inkjet printer used by many other manufacturers. The endorser only supports one font but four different character sizes: standard (10 characters/inch), large (8 characters/inch and the default), standard double-wide (5 characters /inch) and large double-wide (4 characters/inch). To increase legibility, we recommend that you use either the standard double-wide or large double-wide character size.
