Scanners must be returned in the original packing carton and inserts. BÖWE BELL + HOWELL and the carrier will not accept responsibility for damages incurred during shipping if the scanner is returned in anything but the original carton and packaging material. Please put the RMA number in bold characters on the outside of the carton.
