Error: PC or SCSI Device Connected to Sidekick Does Not Work Normally

  1.  Check the Sidekick scanner SCSI termination. The Sidekick is shipped with SCSI ID set to #6 and Termination ON. Refer to the Operator's Manual linked below for SCSI linked switch configurations (p. 59): http://www.bbhscanners.com/downloads/sidekick_operator_manual_rev_e.pdf
  2. Power down both the PC workstation and Sidekick scanner.
  3. Restart the Sidekick
  4. Restart the PC.

Do not daisy chain the Sidekick scanner without application support from an Authorized Service Provider (ASP). http://www.bbhscanners.com/support/service_providers/index.html
