Scanning Speed Slow Down

If the scanning station experiences a "Scanning Speed Slow Down":

Check the file size in the directory:
c:\documents and settings\"USER"\my documents\my capio documents\"folder"

Where:
"USER" is the PCs specific name
"folder" is the PCs specific scan to folder

The file size of the >*.pdf may be too large, or during scanning a *.tmp file is opened - which equals the file size, this file also may be getting too large for the PCs virtual memory size.
