Spectrum XF Install CD Part #S006552 Rev. E

Spectrum XF VRS Production Licensing Failure, scanner in DEMO Mode.

Make sure you only use the BBH Spectrum XF install CD-ROM or ftp download. Generic versions of VRS will cause this failure.

The Spectrum XF Install CD Part #S006552 Rev. E  only, has an install issue where the needed update is not applied automatically. This causes the VRS license failure.

The file "vrs410update0.2.exe" needs to be installed manually by either locating it on the CD itself-

D:\VRS\vrs410update0.2.exe  (Where D:\ is the CD-ROM drive)

Or from this download- ftp://scannersftp.bowebellhowell.com/BBHVRS/BBHOEMVRS_4.1/vrs410update0.2.exe

This issue will be resolved in XF Install CD Part #S006552 Rev. F.
