Bowe Bell +Howell offers a spare parts exchange
program for qualified scanner partners.
What is a parts exchange?
Parts exchange is a service that exchanges non-working, in good physical condition parts with repaired, fully tested replacements. Once an exchange, billable RMA is issued, the BBH Partner must send in the RMA part to BBH Scanners. Once that part is received we will send out an exchanged/repaired item.
When will my exchange part be shipped to me?
We will send out the exchange once we receive the RMA return and your PO for the part. Turn around time for exchange parts are subject to availability. BBH Scanners reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Only the scanner parts listed below are available.
What is the Exchange Part Warranty?
30 days from BBH invoice.

Once approved, where do I send my RMA return part?
Once your RMA has been approved, send to the address below. Don’t forget to include your RMA copy for parts return in the return shipping container to BBH Scanners.
