Spectrum XF, How do I uninstall VRS?

The following are step-by-step instructions to uninstall Spectrum XF OEM VRS software from a PC host scan station.

1.      Go to the Windows Control Panel> Add/Remove program, and remove all instances of “VRS” and “Kofax”

 

2.       Next, Use the Windows Find Files / Search to find and delete all files with the following name patterns: Kofax200.ini, *310.*, bic*, *.kpm, *.kfx, kfx. Make sure to set the search for Advanced> Find hidden files and folders.

 

3.      Reboot the PC and Install VRS 4.10.xxx.
