All Spectrum XF models ship with the following:

  • Scanner unit
  • 500-page automatic document feeder (ADF)
  • Adjustable exit tray.  The exit tray can be tilted upwards for shorter documents or downwards for longer documents (up to 40" or 1,016 mm in length).
  • Exit tray extension 
  • Pre-scan imprinter - standard on all 8140D models, optional on all others (8120D, 8090S/D)
  • Camera calibration kit which includes 10 control sheets, two test targets and instructions.
  • Power cord
  • Hardcopy operator manual (English).
  • Spectrum XF Resource CD which includes the VRS 4.1 Professional software as well as electronic operator manuals in English, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, and Dutch.
  • "Steps for Maximizing Throughput and Minimizing File Space" guide

The combination of Spectrum XF hardware VRS and the software interface is the single most effective way to reduce labor costs for your scanning application.

Drivers

  • VRS provides an ISIS, TWAIN and ImageControls driver
  • Direct ISIS driver
  • Direct TWAIN driver

All of the above drivers work with the standard SCSI interface featured on all Spectrum models.

PC Interface Board

  • Kofax Adrenaline 650i PC interface board - each Adrenaline board has a SCSI interface and comes standard with AIPE (Advance Image Processing Engine)
  • D68-pin SCSI-3 cable used to connect your Spectrum XF unit to your PC
