Computer Based Training (CBT)
Trūper, Sidekick and FB
Böwe Bell + Howell is pleased to offer qualified service providers self-paced Computer Based Training (CBT) courses for our Sidekick, Trūper and several FB products. CBTs include a welcome letter, a letter of instruction, a training CD and a Self Exam. Access to the product’s secure ASP page on the Böwe Bell + Howell web site, and a personalized, Böwe Bell + Howell Authorized Service Provider Certificate for that product are granted to those students who submit their completed Self-Exams and receive a passing grade.
Each product's ASP page offers highly technical, product-specific information for Authorized Service Providers in regards to troubleshooting and maintenance, part changes and upgrades, product manuals including Service and Parts manuals, software and firmware upgrades, and other various product-related downloads.
Pricing for the CBTs is as follows:
- $750 for both the Truper 3200 and 3600 CBTs
- $500 for the Truper 3200 CBT
- $500 for the Truper 3600 CBT
- $300 for both the Sidekick 1200/1400 & Sidekick 1400u CBT's
- $200 for the Sidekick 1200/1400 CBT
- $200 for the Sidekick 1400u CBT (Note: This kit requires a DVD-ROM)
Each CBT is good for one certification; however, the material contained within can be viewed by as many service personnel as necessary. Requests for CBTs should be sent to: scannerorders@bowebellhowell.com.
