Scanner Training Courses
Factory and Computer Based

Böwe Bell + Howell is pleased to offer a variety of training for qualified business partners and customers that encompasses our complete product line. Whether it is factory service training at our Wheeling facility, computer-based service training (CBT), or factory end-user training, we offer courses to meet almost every need.

Currently, we offer hands-on factory service training at our Wheeling facility for the Spectrum Series (Copiscan 8000 and Spectrum XF), Spectrum XF, Trūper (3200 & 3600) and Infinity WF product lines. A hands-on, end-user training class for the Trūper (3200 & 3600) is also being offered. Click on any of the course links to get more information on each of the individual courses.

In addition to the hands-on factory training, we offer qualified service providers self-paced Computer Based Training (CBT) courses for our Sidekick, Trūper, and several FB products. Click on the Computer Based Training link within this section to get more information regarding the use of and ordering individual CBTs.

All courses and prices advertised here are subject to change without notice.  Böwe Bell + Howell reserves the right to cancel any and all previously scheduled courses at any time due to insufficient enrollment, scheduling conflicts or circumstances beyond our control.  If cancellation is necessary, all enrollment fees already paid will be refunded in full upon written request; however, BBH shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by Customer as a result of a cancellation or rescheduling, specifically, Böwe Bell + Howell cannot accept liability for the costs of travel arrangements or other expenses incurred by the registered attendees and/or their employers.
